Abstract

An examination of diagnosis of handicapped children in a large urban rehabilitation centre was undertaken. The breakdown showed wide age-ranges and lengthy stays in the centre. Discussion of the prevalence rates of various categories of disorder follows, with comparison with expected rates and previous studies.
