Die meeste van ons neem op 'n daaglikse basis melk in, hetsy in sy gewone vorm of in ons koffie en tee. Min mense weet egter dat melk hoogs sensitief is vir die temperature waaraan dit blootgestel word, veral tydens die verwerkingsproses.
