The past decade has seen many dairy farmers give up and close shop after coming to terms with the harsh reality of an unfavourable economic climate which dictates that only the strongest would survive. The same balloon went up for producer distributors (PDs) and those with enough business savvy and cunning not only survived the economic storms, but are now riding the wave of success.
