Abstract

SAGS offers both members that sell directly to the public at informal venues and those who sell their products to the retail trade, the chance to belong to an organisation that gives a sense of belonging and identity. The next development is to concentrate on the consumer and the final leg will be the trade and retail sector. We hope to do greater education drives in the consumer press on the merits - health and otherwise - of all small-stock products and profile the producers, chat about uses and offer recipes and different ideas.
