As we see it : where the industry is at
Source: The Dairy Mail 17 (2010)More LessCommodities such as milk are cyclical - as soon as one cycle appears, the next one is already at hand. When price movements are linear, it is easy to make projections. However, as soon as the market becomes volatile, it becomes more difficult. Furthermore, projections are statistical, which means that not all parameters are taken into account.

Editor's note
Source: The Dairy Mail 17 (2010)More LessIf there is one thing any editor is extremely conscious of, it is the need to check and recheck facts. At The Dairy Mail this is exactly what we do. Yet, sometimes the facts change and new amendments are added to the act, which is what happened last month when we brought our readers a story on feeding. After checking the latest information again, we now have the most recent regulations regarding animal feed. Thank you to our faithful readers who brought this to our attention.
