Abstract

Why is safe food training important for the milk producer? There may be a number of reasons. Wishing to avoid mistakes that may cause trouble down the value chain owing to biological and chemical food safety risks, resulting in food adulteration and contamination, severe illness or in extreme cases, the death of a person who has consumed such dairy products, should probably be at the top the list.
