Abstract

Cheese is a versatile dairy product with many uses in the kitchen. Most of us only use fine cheeses on a platter, but with a little creativity, these cheeses can be added to a dish to take it to next level. Cooking with cheese is relatively simple. Just remember that cheese made with added oil, emulsifiers and preservatives may respond differently when heated.
