Abstract

Let us accept that farming requires fairly modern infrastructure for milk production - the dairy is a fairly new system with adequate milk storage, the holding areas are under shade with sprinklers for those hot summer afternoons, the cow housing is cool, not overcrowded and built fairly recently. Let us also assume that farm access for milk trucks is easy, walkways between pastures and the milking shed are accessible and quick draining and all tractors, implements, fences and water troughs are in order.
