Abstract

There's always room for artisanal and farmhouse cheesemakers, particularly when making a unique cheese. However, a word of caution: although it is easy to make cheese, making an amazing cheese requires loads of dedication, patience and hard work. It is also one thing to make cheese and quite another matter to sell it successfully.
