Consumers all have the same basic needs: the need to eat and drink. Consumers are no longer simply consuming products; across all Living Standards Measure (LSM) and income groups, consumers have more considerations when making purchasing decisions. These considerations are often related to quality. Consumers' demand for quality products continue to grow, as considerations relating to social issues, ethics, sustainability and environmental conservation come to the fore.
