The saying goes: "Quality in, quality out". This holds true for every single step in the dairy value chain. It is impossible to provide the consumer with good-quality milk that has been processed and packaged in an unhygienic environment, after being produced from cows that are not looked after diligently by a staff complement who are not well-trained, and who give the cows poor-quality feed, that is produced from poor-quality soil, etc., etc., etc.
