Abstract

Dairy farming has been a human occupation since the dawn of time, and milk has long been viewed as an essential part of man's diet. It is considered a staple, nutritious food. It is consumed in various forms and dairy fats such as butter or ghee are used in cooking, while various milk forms are incorporated in sweets and other delicacies.
