Presisieboerdery in die saaibedryf is lank nie meer 'n nuwe begrip nie - dit is standaardpraktyk ter wille van oorlewing. In die veebedryf word algemeen aanvaar dat veeboere wat nie die praktyk toepas nie, dit binnekort moeilik gaan vind om te oorleef.
