Abstract

THANDRAYEN : In the mid seventies, everyone who finish his secondary school would be happy to be employed in the government sector, thus ensuring a lifetime job. Those who were lucky and have some backing would secure a job in the private sector. Opposite to the youth of my age, I had a dream. My dream was to become my own boss. My dream was to build up something on my own. Dreaming was good, when you did not have enough financial resource then you are in front of the reality. Perseverance and goodwill help to make your dream comes true. The question was in which field. Since I like to do thing quite unusual, I chose a line where only multi nationals firms were involved - REFRIGERATION.
