Abstract

Game auctions are not simply a marketplace where supply and demand meet to determine a price for a game specie on that point in time. It provides market signals to the broader game industry, it acts as an information-sharing platform for game farmers, game consultants, game farming educators / extentionists, conservationists, credit providers and policymakers. It even educates the broader public, and more importantly the youth, when it coincides with an event like a festival.
