Abstract

Traditionally, the predominant market value of agricultural land was related to its agricultural productive capacity, thus the farming related income that a piece of land could generate. Contributing factors such as climate, topography, soil fertility, availability of irrigation water and grazing capacity made up a significant part of a property's value.
