The goal ofthis article was to descriptionbe the experience of nurses' while completing a module of limited contact of interpersonal skills as a self-guided workbook. A qualitative, explorative, descriptionptive and contextual research design was followed. Data was gathered by means of the naive sketch method. A purposive sample of 104 nurses was utilised. Data was analysed through a process of open coding. A literature control was done to verify and recontextualise data. Strategies to ensure trustworthiness were adhered to.
