Organisational culture and/or corporate culture constitute a core of the employers and managements' strategies aimed at creating an organisational and workplace environment conducive to profitable and productive running of business enterprises. This it aims to do by seeking to foster a common vision of the organisation amongst workers and employers, to create a sense of common identity, interests and belonging, and also the promotion of cooperative relations and commitments to the successful achievement of key organisational goals.
