The journal, No. 3, February 2006, as shown in the first figure above, had an appealing geometric design on the cover that begs some further exploration. At first glance it may visually appear that the formed central octagon is regular, and one may thus be tempted to conjecture that it is a regular octagon (as many of my students did when asked).
