Abstract

Three species are descriptionbed in the genus Microgephyra Lyneborg, 1972, viz. latipennis sp. nov., irwini sp. nov., and transvaalensis sp. nov., bringing the number of known species in this genus up to 10. A further species, bidentata sp. nov., is descriptionbed in the genus Pentheria Kröber, 1931, which now contains nine known species. Of the hitherto monobasic genus Braunsophila Kröber, 1931, is descriptionbed a further three species: latifrons sp. nov., tomentosa sp. nov., and signata sp. nov. These three species are closely related and originate from the western Cape Province.
