The African fauna was the least known one, with six species. Seven new species are descriptionbed here: angolensis sp. n., campsiphallum sp. n., herrero sp. n., platyphallum sp. n., saheliensis sp. n., sao sp. n., similis sp. n. The species of the Oriental and Ethiopian faunas can be divided into two species groups: the cuthbertsoni group and the striatifrons group. A key to the African species is presented.
