Abstract

A survey was carried out in the broad context of integrating traditional know ledge of the rural populace and that of the potential technology available through experimentation into the uses of sorghum and millets. The participatory rural appraisal (PRA) method was used in the survey of nine villages. They were chosen according to their ability to produce and consume these grains.
