Abstract

ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa) has prepared five case studies arising from the contravention of ECSA's Rules of Conduct for Registered Persons. These case studies are offered to the engineering fraternity as advisory notes to minimise the risk of recurrence. has been publishing these case studies over the last four editions - herewith number five, the last one. The first four case studies in the series appeared in the March, April, May and June 2013 editions of (pages 75, 76, 83 and 86 respectively).
