Abstract

Economically and politically countries of the world are to-day moving towards greater co-operation. So too in the legal field - perhaps best illustrated in the laws of industrial property within which is encompassed patent, industrial designs, trade marks and copyright - is co-operation increasing. At a time when consideration in South Africa is being given to the economic effects of British entry into the EEC it may be well to consider the effects of the latest moves towards internationalism in Industrial Property.
