Abstract

Sheldon Henderson, accounts manager for production systems at Konica Minolta South Africa, says that his number one priority is to keep the customer happy. He says, "The most important thing for a franchise like Minuteman Press is time lost when a machine is out of commission. They need to have that machine repaired as soon as possible because if they're not printing they're not making money."
