Abstract

Apparently an April Fool is someone who plays a trick after midday on 1 April. Well, that's what Wikipedia says, and if it's on Wikipedia, it must be true! April is also the month during which trees turn autumn shades then begin to shed their leaves, it's a month in which we eat far too much chocolate, and it's a month in which there are so many public holidays that if you plan carefully, you can have nearly two weeks off by taking just three days' leave.
