Abstract

The changes brought about by cost-effective and high-quality digital printing continue to drive change in the industry, propelling a shift from print-centric to marketing-focused, high-value service providers. One of the biggest challenges print service providers face is adapting to the change. Those that do will ensure they retain and grow their customer base. But making the change is not trivial.
