Abstract

A recent media report stated that Brand X's (name changed to protect the innocent) orange juice was found to not 'actually be 100 per cent pure juice with no preservatives' as its label advertised. These types of reports aren't rare, and only further rattle the consumer's already shaky confidence in a product.
