Abstract

It's never been tougher to run a business than it is today. The food and beverage industry is constantly challenged by regulatory changes, raw material pricing, corporate sustainability goals and the Rand's rollercoaster ride. The main driver, however, is the endless change driven by consumers' wants, but these offer exciting opportunities.
