Employers, and the Labour Courts alike, are well versed in dealing with everyday employee ailments and infirmities. However, as cultural awareness is becoming inter-woven into our society and jurisprudence, the employment domain may be required to develop and progress in order to engender and cultivate an environment conducive to cultural diversity.
