Abstract

No-one who hears Guido Penzhorn talk about prosecuting corruption could doubt for a moment that he comes from missionary stock. His zeal for the subject reminds me of a religious fervour, and even though we are supposed to be a secular society this is one article of faith we should all share: that the corrupt should be tracked down and prosecuted, whoever they are, briber and bribee alike.
