Abstract

Disruptive Rapidojet technology is set to change the way traditional bakeries do business. Instead of utilising mixing tools, it works by forcing high pressure liquid into dry ingredients. Food Manufacturing Africa asked inventor, Dr Bernhard Noll, to explain how this innovative technology works.
