Abstract

In this book, Revolutionary Pedagogy: Primer for Teachers of Black Children, the author presents concepts, issues, and realities that are of great significance for one’s understanding and teaching children and youth. The author, Molefi Kete Asante, traces the journey of and concepts that have shaped education of young African Americans throughout the years to today. In his view, education in the United States has not necessarily been to the African American.
