Take 5, South Africa’s leading producer of Maheu and Mabele, has taken full ownership of its new 18 000l per hour Jet Cook Steam Infusion System. The entire system was designed, manufactured and installed by DC Norris in less than six months to the delight of the customer. ‘A new dawn has emerged in the processing of Maheu. The speed and quality of the finished product is world class,’ says operations director and owner Mark du Preez. ‘We are delighted with the design and the simple operation of the system. The product knowledge from the Jet Cook team has been invaluable in getting our new system commissioned and producing sellable products within a week.’
