The purpose of this study was to get how Business Education teachers in Kwara State perceive the teaching and learning of Business Education on issues, trends and challenges. Three research questions guided the study. The survey design was used for the study. The population for the study comprised 80 Business Educators in Ilorin East and Ilorin West Local Government Area of Kwara State. Thirty four questionnaire items relating to teaching and learning of Business Education on issues, trends and challenges were developed and validated by experts in Business Education and Evaluation. The internal consistency reliability correlation co-efficient of the instrument were established using Cronbach alpha and it yielded co-efficient of 0.82. After the administration of the instrument, data were collected and analyzed using mean, rating and standard deviation. The result of the analyses showed that the issues, trends and challenges needed in teaching and learning Business Education are appropriate. Based on the findings it was recommended that seminar, workshops and conferences should be constantly organized for business teachers in all levels of education, industrial training of Business Education students should be extended beyond the computer training only but to other valuable training centre like local market where real transaction takes place, modern retail trading centre or outlet is needed for in-school practical training and Nigeria Business Education curriculum should be matched with other countries for global competency.
