Abstract

In recent years, various South African labour law concepts have become commonplace in households, lecture halls, boardrooms and the like. This increased focus on labour law gives rise to the need for legal literature that transcends the confines of courtroom walls. The second edition of Labour Law in Context, as the title suggests, comprises a contextual-based approach to labour law jurisprudence and developments in South Africa, with the target audience being law and non-law students as well as legal practitioners.
