De Rebus

De Rebus is the South African attorneys' journal, which is published monthly - 11 times a year - by the Law Society of South Africa (LSSA) in print, digital and online versions. The LSSA represents the attorneys' profession on a national basis.
The journal's goal is to be an independent and questioning observer of the legal profession. Its editorial content is authoritative, frank and sometimes contentious. It strives to present a comprehensive overview of developments in the legal profession.
De Rebus circulates to all practising attorneys and candidate attorneys in South Africa. It is read by practising attorneys and their staff, candidate attorneys, judges of the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and High Courts, magistrates, advocates, legal advisers, legal academics and lawyers employed by corporates, government, municipalities and banks.
