Abstract

Deel II ondersoek aspekte van die raakvlakke tussen gestremdheid, diskriminasie en gelykheid ingevolge die Wet op Billike Indiensneming, met besondere klem op die plig tot redelike akkommodasie. Dit word aan die hand gedoen dat redelike akkommodasie ten beste begryp moet word as primêr 'n nie-diskrimasie beginsel eerder as 'n regstellende aksie plig. Die plig van die werkgewer en werknemer om in wisselwerking met mekaar redelike akkommodasie te implementeer, word ook ondersoek.
