Letter to the Editor SAJS 38 VOL 44, NO. 1, FEBRUARY 2006 SAJS To the Editor: We would like to report on a rare case of caeco-vesical fistula complicating ileo-caecal tuberculosis, a condition that has not been described in the literature. A 4-year-old boy, with a positive family history of tuberculosis, presented to hospital with a month's history of dysuria and faecaluria. He was pyrexial, with a tender right suprapubic mass and leucocytosis.
