The International Labour Organisation (ILO) reports that 40% of all young people in the 15-24 years old bracket are without work. Gianni Rosas, who is a coordinator of the ILO's Youth Employment Programme, recently told Time magazine that these people will become the lost generation. "We are going backwards, our kids are worse off than they were 20 years ago," says Rosas.
