Abstract

Anyone who thinks they can 'manage a crisis' is living in a dream world. You can manage your part in the crisis but you have more hope of managing a hurricane than taking 'control'. Limiting damage to a greater or lesser degree is as much as can be hoped for, but be aware that what you may well have is an organized army ranged up against you. They have a war-room to parallel your own defence headquarters - and they have the advantage of attack.
