Abstract

Many shopping venues dot the retail landscape set up to cater to the needs and tastes of the local consumer. These urban landmarks vary in size, form, as well as goods and services sold. And while the traditional malls of suburban communities and convenience shopping sites are prominent consumer options, the value mart concept is carving a niche of its own among the masses.
