Abstract

We all love a good conversation - it is at the very core of who we are and how we enjoy ourselves. It is also so normal to us that we don't even realise how powerful a role it plays in changing and shaping our lives. In fact, from an economical point of view, conversation plays the biggest role in influencing our decision-making on the brands we choose to buy.
