Negotiation by definition I suppose is a long and drawn out process. The culmination of successful negotiation, when discussions have taken a long time, is, however, satisfying in the extreme. This month you'll see on our front cover the logo's of three prominent players in the marketing space - the Direct Marketing Association, the Services Seta and the Chief Marketing Officer Council. All play different and vital roles in the marketing space and we'll be reporting fully on their activities and important views in the marketing sector.
