In my previous life I was a client. When it came to dealing with my ad agency I ruled the roost. I did not take no for an answer, I did not expect to be contradicted or challenged. It was a 'yes sir, three bags full, sir' relationship. And it was spectacularly unsuccessful. Thankfully, I've since seen the light. But I've never stopped learning from those mistakes.
