Abstract

Well, let me first say, Matt's been an incredible support - probably the only boss I ever enjoyed, let alone felt inspired enough to partner with. I'm going to miss the guy (don't tell him I said so).


That said, it has, indeed, been a year of change. One that has brought massive changes: moving from a big agency to a mid-sized one, establishing new relationships, building a new creative department, re-defining DDB's creative product, consolidating existing DDB clients while seeking out new ones, while remaining an effective husband, father, friend, leader, mentor, critic and person.
