Abstract

If your marketing department isn't proving its value and living up to its promises, then it's a waste of time and perhaps it's time to outsource - and outsourcing doesn't mean forking out additional money while your in-house marketing team sits back. With the threat of a double-dip recession on the cards, it's time to be brutal in order for your business to stay afloat.
