Have you ever wondered why there seems to be so much bad advertising on radio and television these days? No doubt there are many contributory factors, but at the heart of the problem are two simple facts: most brand owners have neither the motivation nor the ability to create really good advertising, and most media owners will accept any old crap as long as the airtime is paid for. These attitudes undermine the best interests of both parties, and yet neither is capable of seeing or acknowledging it.
