Gordon Muller (GSM Quadrant) warned that media owners have become more sensible in their spending. Donald Liphoko, (The MediaShop) explained why: "We have had two very strange years. The FIFA and Rugby World Cups sucked the cash we would have normally put into traditional media ... I look forward to next year. We are going to have to think of different ways to capture the attention of consumers."
