Abstract

The full moon has risen over the Kruger National Park. Three white rhinos are grazing peacefully on the little bit of grass that is still left during the severe drought that has hit the Park. Then, suddenly, their peace is disturbed when a bullet from a poacher's firearm hits the first animal. The animal desperately tries to get away, but in vain. The huge beast drops to the ground. More shots are fired and two more animals fall, a few metres apart.
